Self Care Video Part 1

Psychologist, Dr. Annie Varvaryan, from Couch Conversations Psychotherapy and Counseling, Inc., created a two-part video series on Self-Care. In the first part, Dr. Varvaryan discusses the ways you can take a self-care behavior and work towards making it into a lifestyle change. Dr. Varvaryan talks about how a behavior turns into a routine, then into a practice, and eventually a lifestyle change after consistency and practice. Couch Conversations Psychotherapy and Counseling, Inc. has created a two-part video series about the topic of self-care.
